RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Ella, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying online shopping experience. Since we operate exclusively as an online store with no physical retail location, all returns and refunds are handled through our online process only.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

Requests for returns must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers

- Items marked as non-returnable

- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

- Orders where the return request is raised after the allowed timeframe

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

- Email us at ellaindiaofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order

- Share your order ID, clear images/video of the product, and the reason for return

- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.Please note that we do not have a physical store, and returns must be shipped as per the instructions provided by our team.

4. Refund Policy

- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Refund processing may take 7 - 10 working days after inspection

- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

6. Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

- If cancelled in time, refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 working days

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

- Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product Failure to do so may result in rejection of the return request.
